How do I find my invoice?

Follow these steps to view invoices in your Hudl account.

How do I pay by ACH?

Please include the invoice number in the transaction details addenda field to ensure proper credit to your account (e.g. H00123456). Send questions & remittance emails to usaccountsreceivable@hudl.com.

What if I’m unable to pay right away?

A purchase order will extend your invoice 14 days while you work on payment. Send it to purchase.order@hudl.com.

What if we’re a tax-exempt organization?

If your organization is not subject to sales tax in your state, sales tax may be removed from your Hudl invoice by providing a valid signed state tax exemption form. Send us a copy by attaching it to our email form at hudl.com/help and Hudl accountants will review the form and remove taxes from your invoice as applicable.
